Mary and I want to thank our two drivers for their efficiency and kindness
Ron, I believe was our return driver from Logan when we arrived from Punta Cana D.RI needed a special request minutes or so into our drive back to ManchesterNeeded a quick bathroom stop as my stomach was so upset!!! Ron bailed me out and cared as though it was him feeling IllTold me exactly how far and what exit it was that had the service I needed
Without this simply but important communication I would of been worried because he passed by the fist exit after my requestHe saved me !!!
Ron, Mary and I had great small talk on driveHe asked about our tripWe talked sports, kids etc
By the time we shook hands after he opened doors and got luggage for us at the Radisson, we felt like Ron was just one of our good friends picking us up
I don't do reviews often whether good or badBut I own a business and today I did because on first impressions that's the kind of employee I would want working for me
It's only the second time I have ever needed Royals service as I don't travel to Logan often, Your company was recommended and Mary and I couldn't of been more thankful and appreciative again for your services
