I am rejecting this response because: There was clearly a warranty issue if there were imperfections on the tint that was installed by EliteIf there was an error on the
installers part the issue should be rectifiedThe only documentation that I received upon paying for my window tint was the SunTek Automotive Film Limited Warranty, which states that the manufacturer warrants against fading, peeling, cracking, adhesive failure, and delaminationThis should have been covered under the warranty for Elite therefore it should be resolvedI would prefer a refund of the full amount that I paid (189.00) So I can take my business elsewhereI have been to another Window Tint company and they have advised that this is an error on the part of the installerI have also reached out to Suntek Window Tiny and they have advised that they will assist in helping me find another company to work with.

Elite tint and Mr [redacted] disagreed on whether he had a warranty issue are not and he wasnt happy about that.
