My wife and I hired Royal Appliance Repair in late Dec. to fix a broken dishwasher which had an electronic error message (***). Josh, the mechanic for Royal Appliance Repair, was unable to fix the problem despite four attempts, however, he took the $135 we paid him for the job. The company claims to have a service warranty, but since the problem is not fixed we would like a full refund in cash. On the phone Josh complained that he doesn't have time to make trips to our house because "we only spent a small amount of money." Yet, the problem we hired him to fix is not fixed.
During Royal Appliance Repair's last trip to our house on Tues., January 14th Josh claimed that the error message is as a result of a faulty motor. However, he has not given a quote for the faulty part or come back to fix the problem.
This business is unprofessional and shoddy. They respond quickly to *** Service repair requests, but the work was terrible. The worst contractor we have ever hired in 18 years.
Since the problem is still broken, we would like our money back.
