Royal Auto Auction

A vehicle was purchased in February and no title was furnished and exceeded the days stated within the buyers agreement entitling me to a refundHowever this detail wasnt noticed until reviewed by a family member who brought this to my attentionI was never given the opportunity to get my refund and was led to believe I was not entitled to one because of a first noticed policy statement in the paperwork(no refunds), as well as later being persuaded to pick out another vehicleAfter not having legal ownership to the first car of purchase and dealing with the increasingly exhaustive issue of transportation and employment I reluctantly brought the car back and took home a different vehicleThis was not my initial car of choise I paid my hard earned money for and dont believe I should have to settle and should have just recieved my money backMy family made a courtesy call to the company on my behalf to try to resolve the issue though they were unwilling to accept responsibilityD

bought a truck and misplaced the titleits been a year since I gave them a $to replace the title and have been getting the run around they always say they are waiting on another companyi do the extra step and handle the problem with the company and its another issueWe need a Refund for the truck on the titleWe can not even use the truck we bought for themthey never follow up and have to call a million timeAfter talking to the title company and they stating its no information about the truck they have not picked up the phone

I went to an auction and they sold me a lemon I couldn't even make it all the way off of there lot it started smoking like its going to catch a fire the service engine light is on and it only drives miles per hour and I made a u turn and came right back like min after I bought it back the owner told me talking about there is nothing that they can do and they r not trying to give me my money or the real thing I just want is another car so I can get around in I just moved here and I spent $dollarsAnd I felt like I just got robbed
