This customer purchased used tires from my companywe offer a day warranty with used tiresHe called same day and said something was wrong with one of the tires, I requested he bring it back immediately ,we exchanged and replaced the tire completely free of charge the same day Then a week
later he called and said that the tire was not rightI explained it was past the warranty and he would need to purchase a different tire

I am rejecting this response because:  The Business did not explain have posting or offer any "Warranty" information when the tire was purchased.  He also failed to provide a receipt for the purchase of the tires.  We had been in communication with the business owner he understood the first tire sold to us was faulty and replaced it.  After driving on the tire we had the same issue with the first one purchased.  When we brought the first tire back the same day we were told, "If you have any further issues with the tire bring it back".  Never disclosing it needed to be within a 48 hour time frame.  The owner made this 48 hour "Warranty" known when we complained about the same tire after selling us a bad one.  He only offered a $5 off discount if we brought the faulty tire back and told us we would need to pay for a new one.
