Royal Auto Collision
Royal Auto Collision not only do Damage Repair. I had my Audi Q7 Sparkplug and Battery changed earlier this year.

Recently I had my car Oil and Filters changed as well with original parts. Richard is the one I always deal with, he is not only providing good service, but he is very professional and courteous to the customers.

I will continue to bring my car to him for any repair or service .

Thanks so much to everyone at Royal Auto Collision!!!! My experience with Royal Auto could not have been better! They took care of my car after an accident and returned it quickly (within days) in better condition than it was before the accidentThey detailed my car and even changed my oil for me! I was really frazzled after my accident and the tow truck driver towed my car to the shop and the guys at the shop took care of calling my insurance and handling that as well as calling [redacted] to pick me up and get my rentalIt could not have been easierThey did all the hard and stressful work for me and took great care of me and my carI wouldn't take my care anywhere else if I encounter problems in the futureThe guys at the shop are incredibly knowledgeable about cars and I saw a lot of high end cars in the shop when I was thereThey are also really helpful with insuranceThey are kind, quick, and it was the best experience I've ever had dealing with an auto shop!

[redacted] Holding my car and won't release it. The tow truck took it there after my accident. Now that I know it's repairable I want it done by my dealer and they keep turning away my tow trucks and won't release my car [redacted] !!!!

***I was in an accident and towed here for some front end body workNot only did the repairs take twice as long but they didn't fix everything correctly, resulting in more damage that I later took elsewhere and paid for out of my own pocket to fix because I refused to go back hereThey also gave me my car back with the alignment so far out that the steering wheel was crooked and the car drove horribly - what mechanic would ever think that was acceptable is beyond me I hated my experience and feel like my car is worse off for them having touched ityou have lots of options, pick somewhere else!

I got into an accident last month and my car was towed to Royal Auto Collision at 1210 crestlawn in mississauga. At first glance I was very hesitant to leave my car with them to repair. This is mainly because I have never dealt with them prior to this accident. However after going in the shop and speaking to the Manager I actually felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. It is a big shop and you can tell that they have tons of experience and are reputable by the size of their shop and by all the employees that attended to me. The Manager explained in detail everything that they will do and reassured me that I am in good hands. I left my car for repair. My insurance told me repairs would take approximately 21 days. However Royal Auto Collision called me after just 15 days and told me my vehicle was ready. I was also supplied with a rental vehicle right away from the shop so I was never left stranded not for a second. I came and dropped off the rental at the same place where I picked up my car so it was very convenient for me. They supplied me with a life time warranty for their repairs. They offered me coffee and water numerous times as well. Great shop great people and my car looked better than before.

Nice facility but who is paying for this place - you are (or least your insurance company). The tow truck driver (who was very helpful after the accident) recommended Royal Auto Collision when it was time to tow the car after a front end left side damage accident. The Royal Auto representative who walked us through the process was thorough and professional but after that it went down hill rather quickly. We were told the repair would be two weeks but actually took one month. The car was worth approximately at retail value $11,000.00 and the repair was estimated at 8,000.00 plus (the car should have written off). When they returned the car it had with 2 missing wheel covers (two were damaged during the accident) and the steering was not aligned during the process of the repair (you had to fight with the steering to keep the car straight) and the paint is two different shades. The body shop missed small areas that needed work & paint that was caused from the accident (they tried to tell us that was not part of the accident but trust me it was). We gave them a list of repairs we felt that were caused from the accident and some were not done or not done with any quality or care. There seems to be no quality control with this repair shop as I noticed small details about the car were not done like tape on the windshield, grease stains on the headliner and no detailing of the vehicle. After having the car back and driving it for approximately a month or so now, the steering is still out of whack and the car is starting to make under carriage noises (only when your turning left or creeping over small curb to get into the driveway) and the drivers door will not stay open when you are on a small incline and wants to close on your shins (this was part of the repair list given). In my opinion the car should have been written off. Why, we went to trade the car in and the Carfax showed it had $20,002.00 in repair damage. This dropped the value of the car down $5000.00 (I know Royal Auto did not have final say whether or not to repair the car but come on, why did they not fight with the insurance company and explain that the car was not worth repairing - because that would have meant no income to keep them in that new facility). Bottom line - take your car to a shop that your insurance company recommends because if there are any problems after the repair you can go after your insurance company.
