No the problem was not solved on day the engine light came on and the still saying that he doesn't have refund my money or give the car me the marked price please help resolve this

I am on rejecting Royal Auto responseYes, you did take it to you mechanicsYour mechanic stated nothing was wrong with the rimI have before and after pictures of when the tires was changed, and after you said you fixed itAlso, you took it to your mechanic and he replaced the stabilizer rodsThat was not the issueI gave your dealership copies of what *** told me what was wrongIt was the forward facing linkages on the driver side that makes the car unstableYour mechanic did the alignmentThe rear driver tire is pitted in cause the car to be even more unstableHow can we fix the issue before it goes any further because I don't feel as if you've done anything but cost me time and money!?!?

I am responding to a complaint that was submitted by [redacted]. It has been brought to our attention that a complaint has been filed against Royal Auto Inc, and we would like to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible. The issue that [redacted] is having is that the price of the vehicle was raised to $8199.99 as she claims. This is not the case. The sticker price of the vehicle was $4995.00. Due to her credit, the bank that we have financed her through charges us a bank fee in which we have to raise the price to cover the bank fee that is given to us. The sell price of the vehicle was $5900.00 plus tax, title, 30 day tag, doc fee's, and gap insurance. The price of the vehicle was told to her prior to her signing any paperwork. We have all the necessary paperwork that was explained to her and signed by her on file and can be provided if needed. The customer also filed this complaint with the Revdex.com against us before making contact with us to get a full understanding of everything. [redacted] even showed up to our lot after the first complaint was filed and we had explained everything to her and she said she had fully understood everything, as she had written to the Revdex.com saying that, "I made a mistake about Royal Auto Inc, I went back in to talk with them and he explained it better I wish to apologize to the company for the complaint I filed and with the Revdex.com, they were nice to forgive me thanks Royal Auto" in her own words. Having not heard anything more from [redacted], we had assumed the problem had been resolved. We had called [redacted] on Tuesday, July 29th of 2014 and she had brought up the issue with the check engine light in which she said that her mechanic had said that the light had to have been cleared and hidden by us and when we asked what the engine light code was for, she responded by saying that she still has to take the vehicle in and get it checked out. We have tried to contact her multiple times and every time we say we are from Royal Auto Inc, she hangs the phone up on us so we haven't been able to get back in contact with her.
As I have stated above, any documentation that would need to be provided with her signature can be provided at any time.

I would like to apologize for all the misshapes that have happened, I would also like to address that we did listen to all the requests asked and took it to our mechanics as told to have the issues looked at and fixed, we took it to multiple mechanics and had all the issues fixed and resolved as for...

the tires we gave you money to buy new ones, and them going bald I cannot answer the only guess is that the tires were used that you had bought. again I would like to apologize for all the misshapes and hope that we can continue and regain your business back!

The bottom line sticker price on the car is 4495.all I would owe is 1995. Plus tax title n fees and 2 fix the problem with the car the service engine lite came on 3 days later and if they can't do that than give me 
my money back thanks for your help
