I have been extremely happy doing business with [redacted] & his crew at Royal Blue Pool Service for many yearsWe set up weekly service and I am pleased to say " you can pretty much set your watch with their dependability"I have recommended Royal Blue to friends and family over the years and have had positive feedback from all of themWhen a Company performs an outstanding job or service, I think they should be recognized for itI am happy to do that for Royal Blue Pool Service

We contracted to have weekly pools services Everything seemed after the first couple of months, they showed up on time, pool was clean, chemicals in check Then we came home from a trip to find the pool timer had been left in the on position, we assumed at this point the pool had been running 24/for a couple of weeks, so we put the timer back in auto adjusted the pool to run for three hours during the day (for pool service) then placed a lock so that it couldn't be tampered withThe following week, we received a call stating the timer was locked and they could not add chemicals if the pool was not circulating, I explained the pool was found with the timer bypassed, we locked because there was not reason for the pool to run, nor was not economically feasible They apologized for the over site, said it wouldn't happen againThe last week of May once again we came home from vacation to find the timer bypassed and pump running 24/ On 6/2/we called to cancel our weekly pool cleaning service, when explaining the reason they, laughed and hung up the phoneWe received the bill for the previous month service 6/1:00pm then again at 6:PM the same dayAfter making the EFT payment 6/we received another invoice along with a late notice 6/ I replied with the payment receipt stating the payment had been made, adding nothing else was due since they were asked not to come back, NO unpaid services had been received Then taking the opportunity to explain in full the reason we terminated the serviceThinking we were clear, I then receive yet another statement asking for payment, The statement actually showed the 6/payment and now had a late charge added to it(a charge that isn't due unless the payment isn't received by 6/23) After advising them again the invoice was paid 6/I added that I should hire an attorney to collect the power for my pool running 24/over the last couple of weeksThats when the belligerent emails started, encouraging the attorney, name calling, then the best advise.....DONT CALL US AGAIN!! LOL FOR WHAT?? Miss out on having my pool run 24/for who knows how long? Trying to collect on an already paid invoice or late charge that isn't due? Miss out on all the ridiculous name calling and the need to call the neighbor after every pool cleaning to make sure the pool timer hadn't been by passed I'll take you advise Paul never calling for or recommending your services!
A real business owner would be interested in knowing and correcting the reason he is being asked NOT to return!
I do NOT recommend Royal Blue Pool Service!

+1

We contracted to have weekly pools services. Everything seemed normal after the first couple of months, they showed up on time, pool was clean, chemicals in check. Then we came home from a trip to find the pool timer had been left in the on position, we assumed at this point the pool had been running 24/7 for a couple of weeks, so we put the timer back in auto adjusted the pool to run for three hours during the day (for pool service) then placed a lock so that it couldn't be tampered with.
The following week, we received a call stating the timer was locked and they could not add chemicals if the pool was not circulating, I explained the pool was found with the timer bypassed, we locked because there was not reason for the pool to run, nor was not economically feasible. They apologized for the over site, said it wouldn't happen again.
The last week of May 2014 once again we came home from vacation to find the timer bypassed and pump running 24/7 On 6/2/14 we called to cancel our weekly pool cleaning service, when explaining the reason they, laughed and hung up the phone.
We received the bill for the previous month service 6/3 1:00pm then again at 6:50 PM the same day. After making the EFT payment 6/7 we received another invoice along with a late notice 6/10. I replied with the payment receipt stating the payment had been made, adding nothing else was due since they were asked not to come back, NO unpaid services had been received. Then taking the opportunity to explain in full the reason we terminated the service.
Thinking we were clear, I then receive yet another statement asking for payment, The statement actually showed the 6/7 payment and now had a late charge added to it. (a charge that isn't due unless the payment isn't received by 6/23) After advising them again the invoice was paid 6/7 I added that I should hire an attorney to collect the power for my pool running 24/7 over the last couple of weeks.
