Dishonest company
I Never received my order for the sheet set that I ordered off Groupon, it’s been 4 weeks I try contacting the company no success. They canceled my order and charged my card. When I track my order it’s says order canceled.

Dishonest and no help available.
I order a three piece sheet set from them off of Groupon. They took my money and then canceled my order without letting me know or refunding my money. They need to be put out of business.

Refused to refund or send out a new product
Purchased a vibrator came dirty with yellow stains contacted within a min of receiving it and they refused to refund or send out a new product

Purchased 5 beanies received 1
I ordered 5 of the beanies with head phones, received 1. How do I contact Royal Boudoir? I want to cancel the remainder of the order, Christmas is over.

Never order from Royal Boudoir
I ordered 6 hats in November for Christmas presents. I have only received 2 of the hats. I have contacted the company several times through Groupon marketplace customer service and have never received a response from the company. Never order from Royal Boudoir!

Items never received
I placed an order for headphone beanies over a month ago and have still not received them. No one answers the number to Royal Boudoir. Sooooo no beanies and no way to get a refund! Guess I should have checked ALL the complaints first OR maybe they should just been a better company and quit robbing folks. It is bad enough they make you pay additional shipping but hell I paid for shipping and for merchandise that I did NOT receive.

Short on order received
This place is terrible, besides having to pay for the shipping individually for each item u purchase, even though it all came In one package. I ordered 14 bluetooth beanies and I only recieved 3 of them. I purchased them through Groupon, and now I dont know how to contact anyone to let them know they shorted me on beanies...I was charged for them, so where are they?

DISHONEST!!!
I purchased 5 hats in ONE order. I was charged separate shipping charges even though the hats came in one package. I tried to cancel my order and all they did was cancel two hats but not the shipping fees so I got scammed twice! Terrible, awful company. I don’t know how they’re still in business.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I will mail the items next week. I did not want to mail them until I knew  I would receive a refund for both shipping and the items.  I will put a copy of the tracking number and receipt in the items.
