I am rejecting this response because: The tech is not being truthful. I can tell you exactly where my husband and I were standing in our house when he told us that it had been overfilled. I have no problem paying for expenses that are necessary. That's not what this is about. This is about dealing with a business that is not being honest. If your tech is telling you he never told us that, then I would really think about who is working for you. He has lied to you to save his own hide. I do hope that we never need to call in on the warranty and that the system continues to work. You, as well as your employees are dishonest. I don't know how you've been in business as long as you have

I hear a robberies up properly respond to this complaint saying that there was no such were done at this customer's home therefore the only thing I can do is apologize for any mixup but seeing as how no monies or services were rendered to this customer an apology is all we have for her on the mixup as I stated before or website clearly explains or pricing see our website for pricing

Tell us why hereIn this situation I received a call for service to perform a tuneup on this customers central heating and air-conditioning system normally this Service is advertised on our website and the Internet as a $tuneup or service call once the customer had given me her Address I
explained to her that are company was located in Sacramento California I also explained to her that we will be able to come out to her property in Fairfield California to perform the tune up an there would be an out of area service call fee of $ at that time the appointment was set. once the technician called to confirm her appointment the next day and to make sure she was aware of the service call fee The customer immediately began to complain and said that she was not aware of the $out of town Service call fee she said our website says $service callsAre website clearly states the terms and conditions of our fees however it is the policy of Royalbreeze Incto tell all potential customers the price when they call In for clarity to make sure that the customer is aware of what they will be paying initially for the arrival of a technicianAfter hours or out of the servicing area Service calls are not part of or $service promotion see website this is clearly a miss understanding the customer was never charged and no service technician was sent to her home and no service was performed as I stated our pricing is clearly listed on our website if she would have read it she would have seen that it clearly says $for service calls in and around Sacramento and surrounding areas not $ The pricing was explain to her during her initial call in for service.Thank you *** *** owner

I have written a detailed response in my last email correspondence with the customer explained exactly what happened there was never any refrigerant added to their system to begin with the technician that was said to have told the customer that we added Freon I talked to and he said he never...

stated that he said there may have been refrigerant added and you guys have must of missed understood him we never added any refrigerant to your system  your system was only checks for refrigerant No refrigerant was added it to your system.  This is clearly a case of the customer not wanting to pay for the services because of the expense that they  occurred I will again redirect the customer to the previous response from Royalbreeze if you have any further questions feel free to contact me but as it stands now the system is working has been repaired and is currently under warranty The customer has paid for the services and there is no further balance due

I am rejecting this response because: I have my address when the appointment was made. I was told the service fee is $56.00 at no time was I told because I love in Fairfield there would be an extra fee. I would not have made the appointment and would have gotten someone else. I had been out of heat for several days.

Review: The owner [redacted] and a tech came out on June 22nd to service our AC unit. Within 2 weeks of the service our AC stopped working. On July 3rd, another tech came out to look at the unit. He said whoever serviced it added too much Freon and it froze some of the pipes. We told [redacted] what his tech told us and he denies overfilling it. Needless to say, a $59 service turned into a $1146 repair. I'm certain that since the Freon was overfilled it overcharged the unit and it had to work overtime; that's what caused the motherboard and blower to go out in the furnace. Plus our AC bill went from $197 to $405 after they serviced it; which is a clear indication they did overfill the Freon. I know their mistake caused the issues with our unit.On July 7th the AC stopped working again so [redacted] came out on July 8th. He said there was a door that was not closed properly on the furnace that caused it to not work.So far the AC is working again. We'll see.Desired Settlement: I know that their mistake cost us almost $1200. At this point, I think they should give us our money back. I'll pay for the service but I think Royal Breeze should be held responsible for the $1146 it took to fix our furnace.

I called to have a tune-up for AC unit. I was given their number by a clerk at [redacted]. [redacted]. owners son came over two days later and looked at my unit outside and told me it is not working properly. He took apart something and explained only the fan is working not AC. He quoted me $3500 if I replaced the outside and $5900 if I replaced inside and outside. My unit was working prior to his coming. I did not agree to do any work and told him I would get back to him. After he left my condo started to get hot and I could feel there was no AC working only the fan. I called his father [redacted]. who told me he could give me a good deal for $5000.

I decided to call someone who I knew from years ago and they came over 4 hours later to a very hot house. Within five minutes he had my unit back working and showed me that Royal Breeze -[redacted] plugged something in wrong so the air conditioning was not going thru my unit. Thankfully he charged me $65 and stated my unit is in good operating condition. They are predatory in their business practices. As a medically disabled senior I was devastated that this 27 year old man and his father would do this on the day that it was 106 outside. I have no reason on earth to make something like this up.
