I have written a detailed response in my last email correspondence with the customer explained exactly what happened there was never any refrigerant added to their system to begin with the technician that was said to have told the customer that we added Freon I talked to and he said he never stated that he said there may have been refrigerant added and you guys have must of missed understood him we never added any refrigerant to your system your system was only checks for refrigerant No refrigerant was added it to your system This is clearly a case of the customer not wanting to pay for the services because of the expense that they occurred I will again redirect the customer to the previous response from Royalbreeze if you have any further questions feel free to contact me but as it stands now the system is working has been repaired and is currently under warranty The customer has paid for the services and there is no further balance due
