I, Biao C***, brought the credit card receipt to her tableWhen I arrived at her table, I saw a whole plate of shrimp sitting there untouched; shrimp that is very expensive this seasonOf course, after seeing this, in a calm, kind voice, I tried to explain to *** *** that shrimp is very expensive and next time please take the amount you will eat*** ***, however, strongly disagreed with meSaying that she is a customer and that she paid the money gives her the right to take whatever she wants and wheneverOnce again, I explained to her that buffet is all you can eat, not all you can wasteUnlike direstaurants where customers pay for their own dish, wasting in a buffet restaurant is a huge deal*** *** did not agree with this explanation and kept repeating that she paid the money and that she is a customer*** *** stated that I was rude and very unprofessionalBecause of this, I admit that I raised my voice but since *** *** did not say any innapropriate curse words, I did not as wellBecause English is not my first language, she might have mistaken me for insulting herIf *** *** thought my voice was very loud, I apologize for that matterHowever, there are some pieces of information in her complaint letter*** stated that she and her family paid $but the credit card bill was actually $58,I have pictures of the wasted shrimpThroughout the restaurant, we have posted a sign thatStates that wasting food is unacceptable.Sincerely,
