Royal Car Care Wash

It says 10 minute oil change. I was there for 30 minutes.
I told them to not leave my car unattended in their parking lot with the keys in it with the doors unlocked. they did it anyways. this is a high traffic area with multiple businesses on all sides and they use this parking lot
I told them all I wanted was an oil change and I brought my own filter
"you only save to dollars doing that', the guy at the register said.
they did 'full service' which I told them not to do. I was in a hurry.
I had about 1.5 quarts too much oil in my car.
They broke my bug deflector which is 60-80usd to replace.
I went there and talked to some guy who said he was the manager. he was just a regular worker. he said I broke it myself when waxing my car because he saw a spec of white residue on another part of the plastic.
Not only is that ridiculous, this is super hard plastic, i'm a strong person and I cant even break it by bending it.
I told him my car was damaged by someone slamming the hood by holding onto the deflector and closing it,. and I saw the person do this.
all he did was shake his head and try to blame it on me. the whole place looks like it's ran by low lives.
when I went to junkyards around town I heard a few stories about this place:
a guy who operates a scrapyard in town said his wife brought her car there and once they did not tighten the oil plug and it was leaking oil and another time they did not fill it with another fluid that they drained and were supposed to replace.
a person working at autozone told me that they broke his girlfriend's door handle and they had to pay for it.
