 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The owner/president of Royal Car Sales (RCS) response letter dated December 24, 2015 did not address the issues in my complaint, he did not deny knowing about the rust/rot damage, nor deny he heavily undercoated and concealed damage, nor did he offer a resolution.  So I'm going to address each of the issues in his letter:                  1. I would like to know what auction RCS bought my vehicle from, how much he paid, and who inspected the vehicle and passed the inspection with all that obvious rust and rot damage.2. When I purchased the vehicle from RCS the As Is box was Not checked off on the Buyers Guide, instead the Warrenty box-6 mths was checked off (the owner of RCS took off and kept the buyers guide paperwork that was on the window of the vehicle).  Also, on the bill of sale that myself and seller signed, the Sold As-Is box is Not checked off. As-Is is Voided when major damage is Purposely Concealed or Hidden, and seller committs theft and fraud. According to RCS's owner and copy of his Warranty Disclaimer the vehicle was sold As Is - Without Warranty OR As Is - With Warranty, that RCS's owner admitts to buying a third party 6 mth warranty from Diamond Corporation for my vehicle.  Which one is it? With or Without warranty?  3. My Complaints are being made now, due to the foam in holes and heavy black undercoating that RCS used on vehicle 14 mths ago to conceal and hide the severely rusted and rotten underbody and brake lines damage on vehicle is Wearing Off and the severe damage is visible and able to be seen clearly Now (see pictures that were sent in with original complaint, where pieces of black undercoating fell off and rut and rottnen holes can clearly be seen).
4.  I have been told by 4 mechanics that in their professional opinion, the vehicle was already severely damaged and rusted and rotten when I purchased it 14 mths ago from Royal Car Sales.  Also, that this was the Worst rust and rot damage on my type of vehicle they had ever seen, and that this severe a damage Did Not, nor Could Not have happened in the last 14 mths of my owning the vehicle.  5. I went back to RCS after finding out about the severity of damage they concealed on the vehicle they sold me, and that my brake lines etc...were rusted and rotten and was unsafe to drive, In hopes of getting vehicle repaired, or a refund, or exchange for a different vehicle of equal value. Royal Car Sales owner wanted me to pay $750 to repair my vehicle, flat out said no refund, offered to exchange my vehicle for another one of his Lemon vehicles of lesser value and more issues, then lastly offered another vehicle that did not have an engine in it at the time. I declined his offers.
I have given Royal Car Sales's owner more than enough time for a resolution to Right this Wrong.  He is not serious about trying to resolve this matter, and is just dragging it out, wasting time while        I'm As Is - WithOut A Vehicle! He leaves me no choice but to seek legal representation to take Royal Car Sales to court to get my money back.  Copies of attachments to be faxed.
Regards,

Review: I have bought a car from Royal Car Sales about 6-7 months ago. When looking at car I was assured by the dealer and his mechanic that there was absolutely nothing wrong with car. I even bought a warranty for the car through them that they assured will cover absolutely everything if something was to happen to the purchased vehicle. The DAY I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on and transmission slipped for a second. I took it back soon as possible and was told it was only doing that because "it was sitting for a long time, and its cold". I don't know much about cars so I believed it. Few weeks later my engine is knocking and the transmission is done for. The so-called warranty I purchased through them covers absolutely nothing besides towing fees. The repairs that are needed for the car cost more than the actual vehicle is worth. So now I am in the whole with a loan and these repair costs which I shouldn't have to be paying. They sold me a lemon and I am seeking legal action now. And trying to resolve an issue with said dealer is like pulling teeth. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM HERE.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back (Loan taken and down payment, plus money for car that was traded in towards the purchase of vehicle) and for said business to take there lemon that was sold to me back.
