Royal Carpets

Had laminate installed and it is now peeling in different areas, big gaps and some laminate elevated. Looks awful. Contacted the owner of Royal Carpets who told me to get a jar of filler. Said it was peeling because I must have spilled water, which I never did. Now I am told that there is no way to fix this. Great. Thousands of dollars for nothing. This [redacted] should be run out of town. He is rude and arrogant.
