We spoke with *** a couple of times regarding this transfer in JuneAs we were instructed the bus arrived to the pick up site/location on time and actually thirty minutes earlyThe driver was
instructed to pick up passengers and transport them to the Wedding Venue located in Missouri City which is about a minute to minute driveThe driver waited until about 5:pm to depart after waiting over an hourHe was not given special instructions, our office/dispatch team here at Royal Carriages Limousine tried contact Mr*** on numerous occasions and had no luck getting in contact with himThe driver then departed to the Venue and dropped off the passengers that were on boardIt was then when he got a call stating he had more people waiting for him at the hotel, he then departed back to the hotel to pick up the remaining passengers and when he arrived he was told they drove their own car to the venueWe could have prevented this issue had we been instructed to continue to wait by the point of contact however we had no luck speaking with him the day ofWe are very sorry for the inconvenience to the customer and have also apologized to him for the inconvenienceWe here at Royal Carriages Limousine try to prevent such issues by making sure we have a point of contact or coordinator on siteOnce again, this is not the type of service we offer here at Royal Carriages Limousine and we will continue to try to prevent such issues as happening in the future.

Thank you for your response with regards to complaint ID numbe* *** I reviewed the response from Royal Carriages and believe it’s nothing but lies and makes Royal Carriages look incompetentFirst of all the wedding venue was in Magnolia not MISSOURI CITYSecondly the driver left The Element approximately 5:P.M(Royal wasn’t supposed to leave until 5:per phone call with *** on 06/24/at 3:P.M.) The two passengers on the bus will testify in court if this becomes a legal matterThe driver showed up at *** *** at 5:P.Mwith the only two passengers on the busVenue is minutes away from The Element Hotel at Vintage Park; they need to get their facts straightThirdly the only time the driver contacted me was at 6:P.Mas I was walking in to the Chapel and his response was I’m back at The Element and no one is hereOf course no one was at The Element; everybody had to take their own vehicles due to Royal Carriages failure in commitmentCommitment was made with *** at Royal Carriages on June 24, Royal Carriages was not responsive from the beginning, I had to call numerous times and left numerous messages for ***I should have known then I should have NOT gone with Royal for transportation servicesI faxed enclosed itinerary with dates, address, and etcto *** and went over all the details with her over the phone on 6-24-at 3:P.MI explained to *** that the venue was minutes away and I wanted the guest staying at The Element to arrive at wedding venue by 6:30-6:While I was on my Honeymoon I spoke to *** several times and she told me that *** would give me a call to discuss and he never called mePlease let me know if you have any further questions or concernsThank you for your time
