Review: Hi,my name is [redacted] I am seeking assistance from the Revdex.com in a matter with ROYAL CHEVROLET now DBA BRIDGEWATER CHEVROLET. Located in Bridgewater New Jersey off of route 22

In Late 2011 I purchased a vehicle from them as well as an extended warranty which I paid 2,100.00 dollars for.

The warranty is a contract with Royal and [redacted].

In the contract it clearly states that the warranty may be canceled at anytime by the purchaser and if no claims were paid out the purchaser would receive a pro-rated refund of the purchase price.

No claims were submitted to my [redacted] policy.

I submitted a refund request as per the instructions on the contract.

Royal Chevrolet now Bridgewater Chevrolet was contacted by [redacted] regarding my request for a pro-rated refund of which I am legally entitled to.

Bridgewater Chevrolet told [redacted] inc that they were not issuing any more refunds.

I believe that they may have changed their DBA name to avoid their legal financial obligations.

I am entitled to a refund as per the contract,I went to Royal/Bridgewater Chevrolet on Tuesday 02/04/2014

and I requested a refund form so that I may fill it out,The manager on duty told me sure I will get you a refund form he told to just give him a few minutes he went into the back I waited for him to return for 35 minutes and he disappeared. He did not come back out,I asked the receptionist for him and she went to the back looking for him and she returned to tell me he was gone.

Can you assist me please?Desired Settlement: I want a prorated refund of the contract purchase price as it is stated in the contract agreement.
