TSX in here to test fit and insure that everything is resolved perfectly for you.  We are expecting the vehicle to be here before the end of the day so that we can have an accurate diagnosis, and let you know what we find.  Its very hard to rely on other establishments because we don't know what their experience is.  We've been in business for 12 years doing strictly plus sized after[redacted]et wheels and custom fitments, any many times we encounter inaccurate information from third party installers.  I know that this has taken longer than expected and I want to make sure that we get it right for you this time.  We've tried calling you several times today, but I'm sure that your a busy person.  We will try calling you again once the wheels have been test fitted on the vehicle.  If you have any questions, or would like to speak with me directly, please feel free to call my personal mobile at ###-###-####.Sincerely,[redacted]Element Wheels

centercap.  I wanted to explain to you that when ordering XO wheels, we entrust XO to complete both wheel and wheel and tire packages for us.  I am not trying to pass the responsibility or shortfall at all, but after reading this complaint, I believe that Element Wheels needs to seriously reconsider our partnership with this company, and make sure that they are able to provide our customers with the same type of service and quality as we expect every time.  I will be having a meeting with them first thing Monday morning to express to them the extreme dissatisfaction you have expressed, and what we need to do to make sure you know that your business is valued and your happiness with your purchase is met.  Your experience is the most important thing to our company.  As I am sure you are aware, in today's marketplace, if your customers are not happy, you will fail quickly.  We've been in business for 14 years with a stellar record of customer service, that this is because even when things are not perfect, we make sure we take care of our customers.With my sincerest apologies,Robert CElement Wheels
