Review: Royal Coast Auto, Inc grossly misrepresented BMW with a market value in the six figures. The car has non-original body panels including 80% of the car that has been repainted (verified with paint meter). Further, over $5,000 in dealer included accessories that were promised were not included. We have attempted to contact all three agents of this company for the past five weeks to no avail. Over two dozen calls unanswered. Calls are being screened and the few times we have connected with them empty promises with no action, nor answers to follow up calls. Typical used car dealer would be a compliment to this operation.Desired Settlement: We've requested they take the vehicle back and refund us in full. If not agreeable, compensation for loss of value as a result of damage history and non-original paint in addition to providing compensation for the replacement cost of the promised accessories. $25,000 in total.
