Mr [redacted] sent a drone that is not legal to send to Brazil without legal requirements, customs in Brazil held the Drone, after we hired a lawyer in Brazil we got the drone released, We called Mr [redacted] several times, and he did not call us back, the drone is there awaiting to be deliver, but Mr [redacted] needs to pay the feeWe ask Mr [redacted] to contact us anytime this week and we can solve this issue friendly, if he had answered our calls no complaint needed to be done

I do not think the customer read the contract well, is not because was a chainsaw that was held by Brazilian Authorities, it's because all items were new, and is very clear on the contract that the items needs to be used to get waived import taxesAccording to the contract the penalty to ship new items is U$ 1,and we did not charge the customerAs a good faith we can offer 50% discount on the next shipment
