Thank you Amy for your kind review! We really enjoy working with you as well and appreciate you taking the time to leave this review.

I was very impressed with Chad and his crew at Royal Construction! Chad was honest and fair the entire time. His crew was respectful of my home and kept their workspace clean. I had several rooms inside my home renovated as well as my garage, all by Royal Construction. They exceeded my expectations and were committed to getting my job done right. It's so comforting to have a contractor you can trust and who is dependable and actually delivers above and beyond what they promised. The fact that they offer a warranty proves that they stand behind their work. I've had SO many compliments on my remodel and my home value went up! I can't recommend Chad & Royal Construction enough. Thank you!!

Thank you Judy for your review. We enjoyed working with you and helping to renovate your beautiful home. We were thrilled to be a part of these projects. Wishing you all the best! Royal Construction

I absolutely love Royal Construction! Chad and Amanda are just good salt of the earth kind of people who treat people like their own family and do stunning work. Not only that but they are completely fair on prices, their workers kept their work-space clean (a must in my book!), and right from the beginning were nothing but professional. They let you know that if there is any trouble after they are finished they will happily come out and fix it, which is why they gave me peace of mind to do such a large project. They were with us every step of the way and no surprises popped up. Whew! I highly recommend them!

Christina, thank you so much for your kind review! We really enjoyed working with you & hope to work with you again in the future. We wish you a very happy new year!

This company was a referral from ***. We had drywall, flooring and cabinet water damage over time in several different areas. The verbal referral was "Royal" and not "Royal Construction". This was my mistake at the beginning. What is interesting is that I made conversation specifically referencing them as tied to the homebuilder Royal. We live in a neighborhood which many of the houses are Royal Homes. Later I find they have no affiliation with the builder and when I asked why they went along with my assumption in many conversations, Chad said he had "no idea what you are talking about."
Our main concern was getting two things done besides a lot of drywall replacement. One involved a bathroom toilet and tile and the second was a base cabinet that had the whole end removed due to water damage. My granite was being held up a by a board and I specifically said this was a priority to get the side panel fixed as soon as possible.
We had weeks of promises and scheduling conflicts and this was on them. I am a homemaker and I was VERY flexible with my schedule. We canceled plans and my husband even took time away from work just to have them change their minds that very day. They would say gheh just couldn't get the stain right or that the cabinet maker was going to take too long so he was doing it himself!
Chad was extremely unprofessional since he was very polite, but then could get very defensive and rude if you had any concerns. He would apologize and then one of his last comments to my husband was "The only mistake I made was not screening my customers better." He certainly has never heard of "The customer is always right" or "Bad news travels fast."
A third party contractor hired by Royal Construction admitted that he has witnessed Royal Construction trying to do things on their own that they have no idea how to do.
After putting in tile, the plumber admitted the hole in the tile was cut too big for the toilet, the patches of mud on my drywall have visible dents still there. I could go on with the disappointments. I will never trust a verbal name of a business again, that is for sure.

It is unfortunate that an inaccurate review has been posted to our Revdex.com site. We partner with Revdex.com, and several others, because we are proud of how we treat our Customers. In this review, Chrystal states that we represented ourselves as Royal, the home builder and did not tell her otherwise. The company that referred us to her, would not have said Royal the home builder. In addition, on the initial phone call to schedule the free estimate, we introduced ourselves as Royal RC Construction. The estimate we e-mailed to them has our correct name on it, our business cards have our correct name on them, our website has our correct name on it, and our e-mail that we sent her has our correct name on it. It would not benefit us to use someone else's name & provide false information to a Customer from the beginning, before they hire us. Especially when, we have a good reputation, so why wouldn't we use our own name? So when this customer states that we referred to ourselves as Royal the home builder, that is not true as that conversation never happened. This right here alone, proves that she is making up false information about us & what we said as we provided all those documents to her initially with our correct name on them. The claim that we were not willing to work with their schedules is troubling. Our Employee's work from 8:00-4:30, and overtime as needed, which was explained to this Customer initially, as it is with all of our Customers. We explain this so we can make arrangements for how to get in to the home, so they know who to expect and when, etc. We even provide all of our Customers with an online database that they can log in to and see many things, one of which being the schedule for the job day by day and who to expect at their home. This particular Customer, while yes, she did explain that she is a Homemaker, would not allow us be in the home for more than a few hours at a time some days. One particular day when we were scheduled to be there at 8:00, she texted us at 8:15 stating that our guys couldn't be there until 8:30 that day. They would give us a couple hours notice that our guys could come at 1:00 that day. At that point, our guys are already at another Customers home since we did not have prior permission to be at their home that day. This happened numerous times and we asked several times for 2 consecutive days of our normal 8 hour work days to be allowed to be in their home to work. We tried from the start date to be there working, but there was rarely a time when it would work for their schedules. The claims that we would do work that we didn't know how to do are simply not true either. Our Subcontractors have worked on numerous jobs with us and we have great relations. We use many of the same Subcontractors over and over again, on a weekly basis, as it's important to us to know who is in our Customers homes. We won't send just anyone in there. When it comes to a specialty service / trade, we hire a professional in to come in to our Customers homes to do the job right. The fact that the Subcontractor was there is proof that we don't do things we're not able to do. In regard to the hole being cut to big in the tile for the toilet, that work was not performed by us. That work was completed prior to our guys ever starting any work at their home. The Customer knows this and we are unsure why they would make that false statement. We had nothing to do with that. In regard to the items not being done such as the drywall, that is because the job has not been fully completed by us. We offered to do so of course, but again, there were scheduling conflicts with us being allowed to be there for the time that it takes to complete these items. We then mutually agreed to part ways. The statement of "The Customer Is Always Right" and "Bad News Travels Fast" matches with their threats to us to ruin our name. In a text message from this Customer, they stated they would ruin our name because of who they are and who they know and that they can out resume us any day. That very well may be the case, but it's unfortunate that a person of that position would use it to harm others who have clearly (and fully documented via texts and e-mails) gone out of their way to help this Customer, rearrange our schedules, and do all that we can to have them be happy with their project. We always try to take care of the Customer and accommodate any special requests as we can. Unfortunately, some demands are not possible and we also will not allow our guys, or ourselves to be verbally abused and disrespected. That goes against our values & it is not ok to be mean to someone & bully them. Online access makes it very easy to post negative and false information, and it's certainly sad that folks choose to do that. We have many good reviews and a long referral list because we do treat people right, like we would want our families to be taken care of. We will continue to do so. People deserve a good Contractor and that will continue to be our mission, to provide remodels & renovations with excellent customer service. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
