Royal Contracting

I paid half the money for a roof repair 9 weeks ago and the business did not even start the job. Wont return calls or mailI signed a contract on 4-21-16 for a roof replacement. I was told it would take 2_3 weeks. It has been 9 weeks and the owner has not wven had the material delivered. He made promises for about 4 weeks that he did not keep and now he will not call back or respond to certified mail. I paid him $2652.12 which was half of the total cost up front and can not get him to do the job or gove my money back.Desired SettlementI do not trust this person anymore and do not want him to complete the work. I simply want my money back.
