Royal Covers and Larry S** were professional, timely and created a really beautiful patio cover for my home. I have never been much of an outside person and I have lived in my house for 16 years, but after the installation of the patio cover, I keep getting pulled outside. It is lovely looking out my windows and I now purchased patio furniture so I can now enjoy it also while outside.Royal Covers did exactly what they promised and delivered a product that was better than I thought I was getting.

We chose Royal Covers because of their Revdex.com rating. They lived up to their reputation. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. The product is superb and the workmanship excellent. Even our city inspector was impressed.

Service was performed on this project on 11/13/14.  Customer was also sent a $50 dinner gift certificate for his inconvenience.

Refreshing is what I can say about Royal. Not only did they make the process easy, they did what they said, showed up when they were supposed to and cleaned up after themselves. They are a quality company who still cares about customer service. Thank You!

Review: August 27, 2014 our new patio was installed and I was very pleased. One week later after the first rain storm we had several leaks throughout the solid patio cover. The leaks were running down the walls where the cover meets the stucco. I called the company on September 8th so that they could come back and seal the leaks as per the details in the warranty. I was told to give them some time as they are behind due to the rain and want to make sure that everything is dry before they come back to reseal. Time went by and I heard nothing, so I called again on September 29th on a status update. The front desk personnel said that they would pass my message along to the one who is working on my initial issue. Royal Covers called me the next day, September 30th, to inform me that Royal Covers would know more as to when they would come out to the property to fix the issue and that Royal Covers would give me a call the next day. Well the next day came and went with no call back from Royal Covers. I gave them more than plenty of time and called again on October 20th. Again, I got the same story that Royal Covers is working on getting someone out to the property and they will have to call me back. Here it is now over two months later and no update from Royal Covers and no issue has been resolved. How is it that one can place an order and four weeks later have the whole patio installed while there was rain storms in those four weeks but Royal Covers cannot fulfill a repair that is covered under warranty in a two month time period? Which keep in mind that this repair is to seal leaks which should take far less time than a complete install job.Desired Settlement: Because Royal Covers have failed to contact me and failed to repair the job in an appropriate time, I would like them to adjust the original payment and refund me part of the bill that was paid back in August/September 2014. This is not a way to treat customers on warranty repairs and I can't trust that if I call again for another issue in the future that is under warranty that they would actually come out and fix the issue in a timely manner. I have a feeling that they would just wait until the warranty expires and I am on my own. At this point I would like to see Royal Covers reimburse me 10% - 15% off my original purchase for the inconvenience that this has caused and I will repair the work myself.

Royal Covers was a pleasure to work with, great sales person ([redacted]) and excellent installer ([redacted]). We are so pleased with the professional and business like work with their company and the high quality of the product and the people we worked with! We got a solid patio Alumamax cover from them and it is perfect! The office staff, and the people there make the customer #1 and their workmanship and delivery was perfect and of the highest quality! We cannot say enough about their quality, workmanship and professional people. You will be very satisfied with the work they do!
