Royal Dental (CORPORATE OFFICE) Reviews (1)

On 06/02/14 [redacted] came in and was given a treatment plan to complete treatment for everything
that was needed. At that time [redacted] only wanted to take care of tooth #** and
her two front teeth, #* and *. These three procedures were paid for in full with
Wells Fargo Financing at that time...

in the amount of $1735. At that time she
asked that we only charge for the procedures that she wanted to complete first.
Patient came in for a root canal and crown for tooth #29 on 06/06/14, 06/13/14
and 07/02/14. She then came in on 07/14/14 to have fillings on tooth #8 and 9.
On June 18th we canceled our contract with Wells Fargo and was instructed by
Wells Fargo that we could not run any new charges and we had 45 days to
complete treatment on any patients that had active authorizations. Due to the
fact that Ms[redacted] did not want to charge the full amount, we were unable to
do any new authorizations or charges for the amount of the remaining treatment.
At Ms. [redacted] appointment on 07/28/14 the treatment coordinator explained the
issue regarding charging the additional amount to her. At that time Ms. [redacted]
applied for other financing but, was denied based on her credit. We were very
willing to complete the treatment on Ms. [redacted] had she been able to make
payment with another method other than Wells Fargo. She did bring it to the
treatment coordinators attention that we had stickers on our doors still
stating we took Wells Fargo. At that time we had not been asked to remove the
stickers and they were going to be removed after our 45 day period was over.
Wells Fargo representatives at the call center are apparently not updated with
our contract information. [redacted] is the district manager for the
houston region and can confirm the agreement between Wells Fargo and Royal
Dental [redacted]) and the terms we had once the contract was
terminated.

As far as the desired
settlement, Ms. [redacted] is asking that we complete the work. Yet, her next
statement is that some of the work is questionable. If the work is questionable
then why would you want to complete the work with our office. Services were rendered
and Ms. [redacted] is not eligible for a refund. The offered settlement would be to
honor the discount that Ms. [redacted] medicaid plan allows for non covered
services. Which would be a 25% discount that can be honored up to 3 months
after Ms. [redacted] Medicaid has ended.
