Review: Royal Doors repaired my garage door and billed me $125.00. Three days later, the repair that Royal Doors completed failed; the garage door broke. Once I was able to reach Royal Doors (it took 8 days for a call back), I was told that they would not be able to return to fix the garage door because they were too busy. I asked to be reimbursed the $125 that I had paid for the repair. I received a return call stating that the $125 would be returned via US mail. It has been over six weeks since these incidents took place. No payment has been received. I would like my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like Royal Doors, Inc. to send me a reimbursement for the full cost of the repair.
