Dear Sir/Madam,We got a notice from Revdex.com involving a complaint about our business on 10/05/Here is what truly happenedIn our salon, we keep all the spa towels in a controlled warming deviceThe temperature is preset and never changesWe have been being in service for years and never have any complaint about the hotness of the towels while many of our customers have very sensitive skinsIn the complaint, there are two things do not make senseFirst, if the towel was "steaming hot", the technician would have burnt herself or at least felt it and known not to apply it on the customerSecondly, a pedicure usually takes about half to one hour to finish depend on servicesIf a burn had happened, the redness would have been shown in that timeEverybody know that when we get burn, the redness happen in less than 20-minutes and the pain is even earlierIn the customer's story, she got the whole pedicure process, drove home then the burn/soreness happened hours later? How can we be sure if anything else happened after she left our place? We are a small but very honest business and we always appreciate our patronsWe have a good reputation and reviews for our services that you can check on [redacted] (***.com)We do not hesitate to go extra miles to make our customers happyOn the other hand, we want customers to be honest and treat us with respectThis kind of things has been occurring too many times that it is becoming a phenomenonA person gets a service and for some reasons does not want to pay for it and even goes further as trashing the business' reputation when she or he does not get the refundsThis is what we do not want to encourage, don't we? Don't get me wrong, we tried our best to give the customer a discount for the next service because we want to keep her businessBut we feel confident on keeping our honest earning that we deserved. Please contact us if you have any question, Kindly regards,Royal Essence Management
