What was supposed to be one of the best nights of my life (wedding reception 9/17/16), was actually a nightmareA detailed itinerary that the DJ knew about was provided so we could avoid or at least keep issues at a minimumMy first dance songs were messed upThe song "Baby Got Back" by Sir Mix-A-Lot was played during our first dance and would have continued to play if my husband didn't stop the DJ from playing itThen the DJ "Super Dave" did not have the bridal party dance song, garter removal song or bouquet toss song that I asked for during our meetingMy dollar dash song was not played and that was discussed in our meetingToasts were not done and that was also discussed in our meetingSongs were played more than twice throughout the eventSongs I never even heard were played and only hip hop and R&B were to be playedThe DJ seemed very frazzled I called and talked to Adam H- General Manager (the guy we met with to discuss the entire event in detail) and he stated it was an office errorIt was office and DJ errorAdam stated that he would gather myself, Doc and Super Dave for a discussion over the eventThis never happenedI firmly believe the people at this company are not professionalsOne discussion ended with Adam saying it would be cheaper to go through Revdex.com vssuingI tried to call the owner Doc multiple times and left messages for him and never received a responseI then e-mailed the Doc and his response was he trusts Adam and Super Dave is great because he is on the radio stationHe stated this without even hearing my side of the storyThe owner asked for a list of complaints and I provided them 10/6/and still no discussion/solution from the ownerMy husband and I drove from Indianapolis for two different meetings to avoid problems that actually occurredMy husband, bridal party and I could not relax and go far from the DJ because of having to tell him what to do, say and/or play and that should not have been the case at allWe should have been relaxing and enjoying or event that we worked so hard on vs stressingI will never be able to get that night back and it hurts that the company didn't even at least express any empathy or sympathyI would have rather had a family member or friend on the mic and play SpotifyI would NOT recommend this DJ company to anyoneI had high expectations because the ability to meet high exceptions were sold by Adam H Can you tell me why the the organization sheet said you would provide the music?

Adam stated that he would gather myself, Doc and Super Dave for a discussion over the event. This never happened. I firmly believe the people at this company are not professionals. One discussion ended with Adam saying it would be cheaper to go through Revdex.com vs. suing. I tried to call the owner Doc multiple times and left messages for him and never received a response. I then e-mailed the Doc and his response was he trusts Adam and Super Dave is great because he is on the radio station. He stated this without even hearing my side of the story. The owner asked for a list of complaints and I provided them 10/6/16 and still no discussion/solution from the owner. My husband and I drove from Indianapolis for two different meetings to avoid problems that actually occurred. My husband, bridal party and I could not relax and go far from the DJ because of having to tell him what to do, say and/or play and that should not have been the case at all. We should have been relaxing and enjoying or event that we worked so hard on vs stressing. I will never be able to get that night back and it hurts that the company didn't even at least express any empathy or sympathy. I would have rather had a family member or friend on the mic and play Spotify. I would NOT recommend this DJ company to anyone.
