I am rejecting this response because:I was never told that and the person that test drive the vehicle with me is not a machinicThere was no documentation provided to me on what they statedI do not agree to the response and I was never told that if I get a car the $will go the car payment and I will never look forward to doing business with themI will be contacting the attorney general office in regard to the issue as I have given them the opportunity to refund my moneyI will also contact ABC news and my personal attorney if this is not resolvedThis is a notification for them to be aware of the steps I will be utilizing in this matter.Thank you

They have not tried to contact meThey did not offer a resolutionThey stated the same facts that I had to begin withTheir "mechanic" is not even certified, I do not trust the dealership anymore, let alone some "mechanic" that wasn't even thereI have recently got the car repaired on my own, and still have not heard anything on from the dealershipI also still have not been able to obtain the title for the car to get it registered, so it still cannot be drivenThe mechanic that fixed my car told me that the car has been sitting at least for the winter and that is what caused the radiator to crackIf anything I would like the $that I put down on the car, and what I paid to fix the brakes, radiator, and thermostat and laborAgain, that was a verbal agreement that(unlike the agreement about the warranty) was made in front of the police officer verballyI have documentation to show charges

*** WAS sent a copy of the title in the mail on March 27thIf, after it was sent via USPS it was not received, she always has the ability to go to the DMV and get a copy. This car was clearly sold "AS IS" and I have given all copies signed by ***, to prove my caseI never, as a professional, would solely base my business on a "verbal agreement" which is exactly why I keep all documents signed, in writing As far as my mechanic goes, this is someone that I have been doing business with for many years, and is always more than capable of providing quality serviceAgain, offering our mechanics discount to *** was just a good will measure, nothing that our business was obligated to doThat being said, there was clearly communication between our business and ***, *** just became very irrational to deal with, to the point police were called

[redacted] first came into our store on April 14th to look at the 2008 Mercedes Benz GL 550.         She looked the vehicle over and decided that she wanted to purchase it, noting that it was going to be a gift for her...

husband.                                    ... At that time, she pointed out that she wanted a few items repaired on the vehicle. We agreed and subsequently sent the vehicle out to:           1) get an oil change and                                      ... 2) replace the right front fender flare which had been damaged. She then left a $500 deposit that was non-refundable, so we could get the items repaired, per her request.                                    ... She returned on April 18 with her mechanic to inspect the vehicle. They took the vehicle on a 45 minute test drive and were completely satisfied. On April 19th she returned and brought $3,000 cash to reduce her balance, and said she would be back the next day to pay it in full. On April 20th she came back and said she changed her mind and didn’t want the vehicle any longer and wanted her money refunded.                                   ... Royal Five refunded the $3,000, as we had just recently receipted it. We told her again that deposits were not refundable, and all our vehicles are sold “as is.” The $500 was not refunded because the vehicle was tied up for a 6 days , not available for sale during that time and we had already completed the work she had requested.                                   ... As a gesture of good faith, we told her the $500 credit could be used as a credit on a future purchase from Royal Five Auto Sales. In conclusion, I can assure you that [redacted] was dealt with the utmost respect and professionalism. At Royal Five we strive to be upfront and honest in all our business endeavors.  thank you.

move evidence that Kevin at Royal Five Auto is not telling the truth. I have human evidence when my car first started having issues as well.
