Health Guarantee's a healthy dog regardless of being "vet checked". Our dog arrived with conjuctivitis, paid for at my cost, suspected ring worm (being treated for) and paid for at my cost. And a possible ectopic urethera. I have to spend 1000 plus to get a confirmation of this and all the breeder could say was "its in God's hands" I proposed a solution to the problem and that was for reimbursement for the vet bills. Her response was once I get a diagnosis she would refund or exchange the puppy even though it would be significantly less to just stand by your business and have the puppy stay in a loving enviroment. Read the contract....and beware as this same business appears to have two different names and no physical location. I have filed a complaint with the department of agriculture and will be seeking legal counsel as soon as I get confirmation. They don't deserve the one star rating but I cant post zero stars

Desired Outcome

Restitution for vet bills thus far and to pay for the tests needed and possible surgery for ectopic urethra

We have answered this customers complaint on various occasions and customer refuses to abide by our Health Guarantee that is posted on our website as well as the executed contract terms and conditions. This customer basically refused to bring back the puppy back once he got the puppy vet checked within the 14 day required period etc. In addition, the hook worm and or etopic uretha to date has not been proven by any vet in writing as also required by our executed contract and health guarantee. Customer has now had the puppy almost 60 days. If indeed the puppy had any health issues and he would of provided written proof within the executed contract and health guarantee guidelines as well as made an attempt to return the puppy we would of provided a full refund and or exchange of the puppy as he has stated we gave him this option. He refuses to acknowledge that we do not pay vet bills as clearly stated on the executed contract and website. He does not want to return the dog and has stated that in writing. We have advised this customer that we stand behind our executed contract and health guarantee.

In her health guarantee she guarantees a healthy dog. To date I have 700 in vet bills. I would say that is not a healthy dog. She has been forwarded the diagnosis which states the dog has ringworm and conjuctivitis. The treatment for the ectopic urethra is 2 rounds of antibiotics a total of 25 days to get thru then the animal needs a ultrasound. This is an additional 800 for the ultrasound. I have'nt the money to get this done right now after already spending 3500 for the dog and 700 in vet bills in the last 60 days. Also with the corona virus the vets are only taking life threatening stat patients right now so even if I had the money I cant get her in to be seen for god knows how long.When asked what she is going to do about this her response is its in GODS HANDS. At no time did she ever offer a refund or to help cover the cost of treatment. She also has a lake Mary Address and the dog came from Miami. She also has multiple names for her websites. I have also filed complaints with the department of agriculture and the spca. As far as the conjuctivitis she was made aware that something was wrong with the dogs eye the day that the dog was dropped off. And yes This is all in writing on emails and copies of texts between her and I. See attached which describes her conjuctivitis and her urinary problem which was sent to Royal Crown frenchies or Rock star frenchies or whatever she is going by this week.

As per our last response this matter has been closed by the department of agriculture as a meritless complaint. Mr *** has refused and to date continues to refuse to follow the executed contract & health guarantee. Also as per the executed contract & health guarantee we do not pay vet bills under any circumstances.

For the Record: Ultra Sounds average $100-$125.
Vets remain open Daily as we are working to date with full staff and have gone to obtain health certs 3x this week alone. vets are an essential business and are allowed to stay open.

LASTLY.. Yes, as stated on our website we cover the State of Florida Miami, Broward, Palm Beach & Central & North Florida. We have various locations as our Main territory is the State of Florida.. In addition, we have various websites that all foward to the same main domain to be able to track the google analytics for our marketing program as well as the various 855 Numbers. This AGREEMENT of our HEALTH GUARANTEE is made as of by and between the undersigned Partners.

Your puppy comes with a one year health guarantee that covers congenital health defects for a period of one year from the date of your puppy's birth. This health guarantee is NOT VALID if you fail to meet any of our terms and conditions. You have forty-eight hours from thetime you purchase to have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

If your puppy is found to have any life threatening or genetic defects, you must notify us immediately and provide us with written veterinarian's statement that includes the complete diagnosis of the puppy's condition within forty-eight hours of diagnosis. We reserve the right to have the diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of our choice and/or require you to have specific tests run on the puppy to verify the diagnosis. If the puppy is replaced, it will be replaced with one of equal value as soon as available and only after the puppy and all papers have been returned(in satisfactory condition) to us at our designated location, unless we at our discretion determine a refund is more appropriate. You are responsible for providing all transportation and transportation related costs of transporting puppy or puppies. No Medical Expenses will be reimbursed as part of the Health Guarantee.

At the expense of the Buyer, your puppy should be examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours of possession to VALIDATE the Health Guarantee. Proof of the Health Exam from the Buyer's veterinarian dated no more than 48 hours from the date said puppy left the Seller's possession MUST be emailed/mailed to the Seller immediately following the exam or the Health Guarantee is VOID.
A copy of the Health/Welnness Exam needs to be sent to our office witin 14 days of the date said puppy left the Seller's possession. If not received, this Health Guarantee is VOID and seller has no further obligation to buyer and guarantee is Void.

Should said puppy be found to be in ill health during the veterinarian exam, the cause of which clearly attributable to the Seller, the puppy may, upon a written and conclusive diagnosis and a description of the puppy in question from a veterinarian, be returned to the Seller for another puppy of equal value when one is available. Buyer understands that once the puppy leaves the Seller's possession there are some common conditions that can affect puppies that are NOT COVERED under this guarantee. Coccidiosis (Coccidia), giardia, and kennel cough (upper respiratory) are not covered in this contract, all of which can be common in puppies and neither are life threatening and are easily treated. Seller HIGHLY recommends (the Buyer) do not place your puppy on the ground in public places until their immune system is better developed after 18 weeks of age.
We also HIGHLY recommend you do NOT visit dog parks/doggie day cares.
These places are breeding grounds for disease and illness even for vaccinated adult dogs!

Puppy must NOT be euthanized without prior written approval from us or this guarantee is void. You understand that the following slight defects are not considered life threatening and therefore are not covered-hernias, undescended testicle, under and over bites. Because a luxating patella or collapsed trachea can be caused by injury, they are not covered if they are not discovered during your veterinarian's initial examination. Our guarantee DOES NOT cover; cherry eye, loose hips, skin allergies, elongated soft palate and stenotic nares.

You understand that your puppy will only be replaced if health problems are life threatening and are attributed solely to a hereditary problem and are not due to accident or injury. In case of death, I understand that I must have a necropsy performed by a State Laboratory, at my expense to determine the cause of death. My puppy will be replaced or refunded, only if the death was caused by a covered genetic Kennel cough and other communicable diseases are not covered after your veterinarian's initial examination. Failure to follow the veterinarians recommended medical advice and/or treatment will void this guarantee. We are not responsible for any veterinarian's bills unless previously agreed to in writing by us. We do not guarantee the size, weight, color, hair length, texture, temperament and/or house training abilities of your puppy.

We do not sell our puppies for breeding purposes and no refunds will be given for conditions that affect a puppy's ability to breed.

Not covered-internal or external parasites, ie: coccidia or Giardia, Kennel Cough, hernia, undescended testicles, under or overbite, injury, allergies, heat exhaustion, cherry eye, loose hips, skin allergies, elongated soft palate and stenotic nares or hypoglycemia.
Hypoglycemia is preventable with good care and feeding.

I have been scammed. I paid $1040 to receive a French bulldog. The AKC numbers for the sire & the dame do not exist. Never heard from them again.

Two payments: 11/14/19 $520 & 12/6/19 $520. Sales Rep was Lisa. I signed a contract on 12/8/19 for a French bulldog & have not heard from them since 12/23/19. My call have not been answered. I found another Revdex.com complaint saving she was scammed also. The AKC numbers for the sire and dame so not exist. I no longer want a puppy from them, and want a full refund. This is a scam!

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund and I want to have a Revdex.com number so I can let the FL Attorney General know of this scam to help others. I am a Senior Citizen and have been hurt by this abuse.

This customers basically has buyers remorse and cant afford the frenchie she reserved.

She is trying to claimshe was scammed because she filed a fraudulent credit card claim and was denied because she signed a contract that states all deposits are non refundable she now is trying to claim on Revdex.com she was scammed.
Buyer placed 1st deposit in November for a future litter, in December 2nd & 5th we had 2 litters & buyer was advised and shown photos and she chose a female french bulldog, executed contract was revised with all of puppies details and price etc. As per the contract as well as thru all reputable breeders, puppies are not released until Clear health Cert between weeks 8-10. All stated on the executed contract. In addition as per the contract all deposits are non refundable but not lost. If buyer does not want the puppy originally reserved they can transfer to any and all future litters.
This customer will not speak or reply to us and refused to pick up the puppy she reserved.
She chose to file a fraudulent claim on her credit card which both have been denied.

Our contract is very clear and precise.
We also advised her that her deposit is always good if she decides on any available frenchies.
What we will not agree to is a refund as the puppy she reserved was not sold to the public awaiting her pick up that never arrived.

This is not about about the money, which she can keep for all I care. This is about reading the Waffler Review, locating her business and finding out that she is a backyard breeder as the Waffler warned. Then I checked the AKC site which did not have the dam & sire. I never received a call back when I inquired, and not until I put a claim in did you call me back which was 45 days later. I am heartbroken, but I hope the dog finds a good home.

I purchased my baby from Royal Crown Frenchies in July 2019. The ladies here were completely wonderful and informative. They are such wonderful support even after my purchase and are nothing but accommodating. They truly care about their dogs and it shows. I feel like apart of the family and highly recommend them.

Cate M aka Catalina C aka Royal Crown Frenchies is a scammer. She holds "waffles" AKA raffles for her French bulldog puppies, sells spots in the waffle and takes the money and runs. She is not a reputable breeder and I would not recommend you purchase from her. Search her name and you will find negative reviews from her dog business other businesses. She has tons of puppies on her website, a backyard breeder at best if not a puppy mill. People have said that she relies on her dogs for income.........Run far away!
