Royal Furnace was an absolute pleasure to work withWe had an issue with our furnace and they knew exactly the cause and pointed out what needed to be doneAnother company would have recommended that we replace our furnace but they were mindful of the situation and recommended that we simply replace a part to make our perfectly good furnace run againThe amazing thing was, about a month after Royal Furnace visited our home, the furnace started to make some noise and upon calling them back, They immediately attended to the matter and now we have a perfectly performing furnace and I'm very happyI would highly recommend Royal Furnace

On the 4th November we called Royal Carpet and Furnace Burnaby BC to our residence to repair our heating system where we had problems, On contacting this company I had asked for an estime on charges to come out, explained the situation to them and was told that the cost would be their regulas call out fee and if any parts were needed that would be extra, I agreed and instruced them to contact me at work before additional parts were to be supplied
During the visit, I was informed that the system would need to be flushed out and that two parts needed replacing and that would take care of the issue, I was quoted a new price of around $so I gave permission and asked if this would solve the problem - I was told yes
When I arrived home that evening I found that the heating was not working and asked them to come back to look at what could possibly be wrong
When they arrived they said that it was possible that another part was faulty and for nearly hrs spent time going to the truck and bringing out all used parts in an "attemp" to resolve the issue - I asked if they even knew if these parts were working or not only to be told - we will try
After a few hrs they left and on phoning them later that night I was informed that they need to order another part and due to the cost of the part and all the hrs they have used so far an additional $will be required
I explained to them that the reason I asked for a quote was so I knew how much money I was going to spend and that due to the time wasted dealing with used faulty part should not be on my account - I asked them to please be reasonable and see what agreement they would be interested in doing to meet me to ensure this was a win - win for us both
I was told on the phone that their time is valuable and if I did not want the service that they would return my money and come back to the house and remove the parts already fitted - I explained that I would not allow them to come dismatle parts from my system
I was rudely treated and the following day contact RBC Visa to put a dispute in for services not rendered for moneys paid and that I was told they will be refunding my money and did not want me as a customer - again super rude to me
