Royal Gorge Truck & RV

I took my new camper trailer in for warranty workThey said it would take a month to fixThey had it months and did not fix all the issuesThen they where very rude when I went to pick the trailer up

We have had several experiences with RGTC We have found them to provide extremely poor service and not trustworthy We have pictures from another repair shop and detail provided by them as to this statement Fortunately, we took our vehicle directly to this other shop after we picked our vehicle up because a covering to part of the transmission was missing and would have resulted severe problems and expensive repairs to us
We will never take a vehicle to this organization again!

Ever have one of those bad dreams that when you wake up and go back to sleep you are right back into it again? Such has been my experience with Royal Gorge (Gouge) Truck Center. Continued to have problems with oil leaking from engine which had been replaced with a rebuilt engine that we never got official verification as to the missing serial number. When they put in the engine one of the gaskets the installed was either defective or it was crimped as they installed it. The result was a tear in about 1/4 of the gasket that resulted in oil spueing out all over. I have a picture of it if anyone would like to see it. After over $20,000 of work I am still having issues.

Stay away.

The staff at Royal Gorge Truck & RV were very rude and disrespectful both to myself and my family. They made you feel as if they did not have time for you and that you were wasting their time. I highly recommend that anyone drive to Pueblo or Colorado Springs for their RV needs.
