I would use a different appliance dealer. Royal Green charged my $4K deposit twice to my credit card. I found the error, and they reversed the charge quickly. HOWEVER, when my kitchen renovation got to the point of installing the induction range, it was found that a screw on either side, top front exceeded the 30" width of the appliance specification, causing it not to fit with the installed quartz countertops. Our contractor got the sales rep from the appliance store on the line for assistance, and he was not only not helpful, he ended the call with a sarcastic remark and said he'd see what he could do. He never got back to us. His only suggestion was to remove the two screws, which were two of four holding the top front panel in place and would not give a guarantee in writing that this would not void the warranty. Our contractor and the fabricators solved the problem by grinding down the quartz. We did not hear back from the appliance dealer sales rep. Will never buy from Royal Green again.
