Royal Green Solution

I made a significant deposit in May 2021 and despite repeated requests the work was never started. I had to hire a new contractor in September 2021. I have made repeated requests of Reuben Gigi and Royal Green Solutions to return my deposit but they have refused. I have also reported fraud to both the Miami Dade Better Business Bureau and provided complete documentation to the Miami Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources.

Chalking of all windows and doors not completed, front door did not pass inspection needs to be replaced with hurricane proof. Door frame not proper.
Owner promised to complete job, and has failed tocomplete. Job started on Nov 2019 and as of now July 2020 he has not completed the job. Front door is not huracan proof.per miami dade inspector. Door frame improperly done. Can still see outside. Chalking of all windows inside of house not done, floor tile chalking not completed. Side door of the house not properly finished two inch gap. Fence in front yard not completed, had poles put in 4 months ago. The owner /contractor refuses to pick up the phone, texts and promises to come and never shows up. Filed a complaint with my finance company of the fraudulent work. This contractor caused me to loose my credit with the home insurance. Will never recommend this company nor any of its affiliates. Very poor communication and service. FYI I had went to Home Depot to request a legitimate contractor. Never again.

I hired this company to replace the roof of my elderly parents house. I was given an estimate of the amount and the time it will take to get the job done. I met with the owner and my parents signed a loan agreement to get the job started. We were told it was going to take 10 days. They started working on the roof immediately, but never completed the job as agreed. We are now going on 2 months. There are now several large holes in my parents ceiling and you can see the sky in some parts of the house. You also notice some parts of the roof lifting up from above. It was supposed to be repaired. I have made SEVERAL attempts in contacting the owner and the company via telephone and text message and I have left multiple messages with NO response. My mother is scheduled to come home soon from a rehab facility following to a recent stroke she had and it is currently not safe for her to come back home in this condition.
