Dear Mr***, Your shipment is still in Kona. We have not received payment in full since March 2015. We do not move forward with making arrangements to ship out from the island until we receive full payment. Under circumstances, we would be charging storage of $
per month (additional $2,for months) for your shipment in our warehouse. We are willing to make arrangements to ship your shipment to Oregon when we receive payment in full (balance of $503.52). Storage will incur storage retro-back to March ($2,+ per month thereafter) if shipment is still in storage at the end of July 2015. If you have any questions, please call Arnold K*** at our Kona office Sincerely, Ross ** A***

I am rejecting this response because the company keeps mentioning about storage fees here at Revdex.com (the company never mentioned about it before) and don’t mentioning about avoiding their failure in keeping their promise.  I believe, at this point, the person (Mr. A[redacted]) will talk about the same thing over and over again as the company did here.  I do not think they are going to change their position and will say they will release my 69 boxes after receiving about $500. I refreshed my memory during weekends and I would like to let you know my current position and what I am going to do if the company is not going to accept their failure to show their professionalism as a moving company. 1.     As I already said, the company is the one who came to my place and decided to charge us $3,216 after measuring the weight of 69 boxes and took my personal check along with 69 boxes.  At that time I was told from Dan that the shipment might take up to 6 months so my wife and I waited 6 months but the boxes were never delivered.  That’s the time we started to call the company but the call was not getting through to the person who was in charge of our shipment.  When we tried about 11 times, the call was finally connected to a person and the person told us that we have to pay more to receive the boxes.  I asked the person to send us boxes along with an invoice but we never received it and never saw it until they provided here at Revdex.com (The address on the invoice was Hawaii address so we have no chance to see it.) 2.     If you were in my shoe, what are you going to do?  I do not want the other people to experience like I did, so I am thinking of contacting mass media, Consulate General of Korea, Senators, and Governor of Hawaii. In addition to do that, I am also thinking of filing a lawsuit at Small Claims Court in Hawaii. In that case, of course, we will include the damage of the boxes if any, fees for airline tickets and hotel until the case is finished.  Of course, I hope we can resolve this matter without doing the above mentioned procedures. However, we will try everything we can do if this issue is not resolved her at Revdex.com.  Thank you for your courtesy in the matter.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We will honor the quote of $1,200.00, however, as conveyed to customer, our billable rate is based on actual time. We did make an error in including the time the truck breaking down but regardless of truck breaking down, the amount of billable rate is higher than the quoted rate. Confirmed the...

customer has paid $523.85 and has an outstanding amount due of $676.15.

I am rejecting this response because the moving company said they tried to reach us but the company never sent us an invoice or updated invoice by mail even though they have our shipping address in Oregon that we let the company know before moving.  If the company says they don't know our address in Oregon, how would they send our boxes to Oregon?  Please provide a proof that shows the company sent us any letter or an invoice or updated invoices to our address in Oregon.  Then we are going to believe the company tried to reach us.  US Post Office or any courier gives a receipt that proves you sent a mail to people.  I am sure the company is a professional moving company so they keep the record with the receipt.  The company also keeps mentioning FULL amount, where is the document which shows the FULL amount that we both agreed?  What I believe the FULL amount is the amount that we paid since that was our agreement when the company came to our place to load the boxes before we move.  I still do not understand Dan who came to our place and measured the weight was avoiding my calls and the company never mentions his name if the company didn't do anything wrong.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Please have Ms. B[redacted] call Gwen M[redacted] at 808.[redacted].[redacted] (direct line) or toll free at 1.888.[redacted].[redacted] to settle the claim or give direction on where to settle. This being a military shipment, most likely , the transportation service provider (TSP) will be liable to settle the claim with Ms. B[redacted]. We in...

turn will be liable to the TSP regarding the claim.

I am rejecting this response because the company never sent us an invoice to our address in Oregon.  As the company already knows, we moved from Hawaii to Oregon, and the company did not send an invoice to the Oregon address.  The company's invoice (I don't even know when you made it) says the invoice was sent to the address in Hawaii but nobody was there since we move to Oregon and we already let the company know our new address in Oregon.   This the first time we saw an updated invoice and the company can't not just hold both the initially agreed money and 69 boxes.   Since we left Hawaii, we kept calling to ask our belongings but they never let us speak to Dan and kept our belongings without any agreements.  Also have the company ever thought sending about 60 boxes which is approximately $3000 to the new address in Oregon?  How about now?
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Dear Mr. [redacted],Our Kona office has been trying to reach you without any success.  We are not disputing that you have not made any payments, we just have not received the full amount. As stated in the initial response, a balance of $503.52 is still outstanding.  Under normal circumstances, we would be charging storage of $191.33 per month (additional $2,869.98 for 15 months) for your shipment in our warehouse.  We are willing to make arrangements to ship your shipment to Oregon when we receive payment in full (balance of $503.52).  Storage will incur storage retro-back to March 2015 ($2,869.98 + 191.33 per month thereafter) if shipment is still in storage at the end of July 2015.  If you have any questions, please call Arnold K[redacted] at our Kona office 808.329.0507.
