I have been a member of Royal Holiday Club for 20+ years. I often find that my vacation plans can not be made because my first choice for a vacation is not available. I have come to expect this. For the 10 times I have used my RHC membership, dealing with the RHC reservation agents is usually a plesant/satisfactory experience, but RHC policies leave me shaking my head in anger. For example, if you want to book a vacation in November for February of the next year, you will not be able to book the vacation until you pay your yearly dues for the next year (even though they have the option of cancelling my vacation if I do not pay my dues). So why do they always gouge me for money when I try to make my vacation plans. Overall, RHC is more concerned about money than providing a quality service and treating their customers with integrity and respect.

My wife and I have been a customer of RHC since 1998. Since then we have had nothing but excellent service from them. When we wanted to go to Hawaii for our 20th wedding anniversary RHC PAID or a 3 year membership into RCI and got us a condo in Hawaii through the excha nge as an anniversary present. in 2013 when the affiliated hotel in Nassau was closed right before we were to leave and had non-refundable airfare, RHC put us up for the week in the Hilton British Colonial hotel on the island which was a much nicer and more expensive (to them, not us) hotel than the one we were booked in.
Our experience has always been great. We will continue to use out RHC membership for years to come.
