Working with Royal Flooring was fantastic. From the beginning I spoke with Rachel, who was extremely friendly and understanding of our situation. We’ve been trying to sell my aunt’s house, so we needed a company that understood we needed the flooring in quickly for a good price. Rachel then sent Frank out to do an estimate on our home, and I was able to speak with Frank and give him the ball-park we were looking for in terms of pricing. They were able to match our lowest estimate AND give fantastic service along the way. I had called Frank very last minute (he was in his car on his way home!) and he drove back to the office and tried to get us an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately since it was so late, they couldn’t find a spot for us, but they promised that the next available would be ours. Sure enough, an hour later I received a call from Sean, their office manager, and they had a cancellation and were able to fit us in! The entire process was seamless, the floor is absolutely stunning, and we couldn’t have asked for a better business to work with. Rachel even called the day of installation to make sure we were happy with everything. They took excellent care of us and it really did feel like the family-owned environment they advertise. I will definitely use Royal Flooring for all of my home floor needs from now on!

Royal Flooring was an excellent experience. We had to replace a tiled floor with wood and some carpeting. The selection was great. The installers were very profession and experienced and got the job done in less time than we thought.
