Royal Honda will absolutely not pay for any repairs to this vehicle.  [redacted] knew that the car handle and actuator were broken and attempted to set us up and blame damage on the dealership.  [redacted] drove her 400,000 mile car into our store and told us to just get the door open...

that the handles were broken and she could not get out, she was stuck in the vehicle. She did know already that she needed at least an actuator for the repair.  After her crawling out of the passenger side we brought the car in the shop to attempt to fix it.  Yes, Royal had to remove the door inside cover from the inside, with the door closed, and locked, so we had to force the cover up and away from door.  This procedure did not require us to touch the wiring harness or lock rods.  Once we opened up the door, it was obvious customer had repeatedly attempted to force the door handle open and had frayed the cable that connects the assembly.  The rods were also bent from someone trying to force the handles to open.  It was very obvious that [redacted] being stuck in the car, had attempted to open the door forcefully.  WE gave her an estimate to perform all the repairs, she immediately said no, she couldn't afford that.  As a matter of fact she couldn't even pay for the job she asked us to do.  We had a tech work on her car for two hours, trying to open the car in correct procedure and she gave us a story that she didn't have any money.  She knew exactly what she was doing.  Ryan Honda, in Monroe, is giving her an estimate, just like we were, to do the job.  [redacted] told me she was a service advisor and a salesman at car dealerships, that she knew it all.  She also stated she does most of the work on her car. Royal Honda stands by our process and we did not damage anything on her vehicle.  Royal would like [redacted] to pay for the two hours she asked our tech to work on her car.

Review: On 3-29-2014, I purchased a used vehicle and been having problems with the vehicle since the date of purchased. I have brought the vehicle several times for repair. Finally, I returned the vehicle and stated that I no longer want the vehicle. I 'am having trouble with the dealership and the sales personal in returning my money. The sales people keep trying to repaired the vehicle, but I need something more dependable. I can not keep driving out to Kenner,La. from Slidell,La. , for a vehicle that has been nothing but trouble since purchased. Sincerely, two women purchasing a used vehicle, think they saw us coming!Desired Settlement: I just would to have my money returned.

Royal has already recognized that the vehicle developed more problems than were repairable at time of sale. Royal has already taken the vehicle back and is the process of filing proper paperwork and refunding the customer's money.
