I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below There were beer cans littering the hall outside the room The place was filthy The water was not hot even after running it as instructed by MrPatel It did not take us one hour and thirty minutes to walk into the room, call the manager, run the water and leave Finally, after leaving Royal Inn, I checked into another motel and told the owner the what had happened He said, "Everyone knows not to stay at the Royal Inn." MrPatel's response is distorted, untruthful and not satisfactory As I am miles away and it is a different state, there is little else that I can do However, I hope the complaint is posted on a public website so others can avoid making the same mistake I did! 1.  There were beer cans littering the hall outside the room.2.  The place was filthy.3.  The water was not hot even after running it as instructed by Mr. Patel.4.  It did not take us one hour and thirty minutes to walk into the room, call the manager, run the water and leave.5.  Finally, after leaving Royal Inn, I checked into another motel and told the owner the what had happened.  He said, "Everyone knows not to stay at the Royal Inn." Mr. Patel's response is distorted, untruthful and not satisfactory.  As I am miles away and it is a different state, there is little else that I can do.  However, I hope the complaint is posted on a public website so others can avoid making the same mistake I did!

Review: I elected to stay at this hotel for 7 days. During my stay the female attendant the wife which lived in the hotel office with a few small kids was very disrespectful. I became sick after my sugar level dropped the female attendant refused to let me back inside of my room she charged me 25 dollars for a room key after she was informed the key was in the room. Afterwards I became ill I was taken to the emergancy room. The wife - female attandent called my next of kin because she wanted to move my items out of the room to rent to another person. However my 7 days were not up and I was returning to the room. After I was discharged from the hospital the hotel attendant moved my items to an outside storage and refused to refund money for the room. She was called my phone talking loud and stating the room smelled. Never the less she wanted to move my items out of the room that was paid for. In the process I was charged for additional keys located in the room and she was not able to locate all of my clothing.
