I will NEVER use this company again. I'm a retired woman that was charged $14 for a soiled towel and over $30 to go buy another. I had no choice in the matter as it was taken out of the security deposit. I can only imagine what they'd do if it was something different. Ms. N[redacted] was very condescending and unpleasant. When I called them with my concern about the dryer lint and feared a fire hazard due to the amount I had pulled out, she didn't want to send anyone.....The nonworking TV TOOK 3 DAYS for someone to even come look at it.
That was only a small snippet of things that happened that month. If you rent, good luck to you! There ARE other rental agents, try them instead.
