I will NEVER use this company againI'm a retired woman that was charged $for a soiled towel and over $to go buy anotherI had no choice in the matter as it was taken out of the security depositI can only imagine what they'd do if it was something differentMsN [redacted] was very condescending and unpleasantWhen I called them with my concern about the dryer lint and feared a fire hazard due to the amount I had pulled out, she didn't want to send anyone.....The nonworking TV TOOK DAYS for someone to even come look at it That was only a small snippet of things that happened that monthIf you rent, good luck to you! There ARE other rental agents, try them instead
