Unfortunately the customer has omitted facts This office confirms each appointment As part of the confirmation process we remind the customer when a payment is due We were especially diligent with this customer because he did indeed purchase the contract and this SECOND winter service was not a prepaid visit included in the contract [redacted] was very clear in explaining the fee The customer admits that HE created the problem by shutting the wrong valve Why would my company pay an employee to drive to the customer's home and perform a service and not get paid for it? We would be out of business We expect payment promptly

Just because the customer chose not to pay us after he was aware we would require payment does not relieve him of his obligation to pay We will pursue collection through all legal channels including notifying credit agencies and lien companies This was a homeowner error and therefore not a free service

I am rejecting this response because:
The business is either lying or doesn't know all the facts. I rejected payment from the beginning. I never agreed to pay another fee and thats why they don't have my signature as proof.  The only reason I even let this company back on my property after flooding my home twice (and I have pics to pro ve) is because it was paid for. Otherwise I could have called my friend who has an air compressor and did it myself. They can try to take me to court but they will lose. Shame on them.

I refused then and I refuse now. There was never anything told to me regarding a charge by [redacted]. I do not know what his employees are telling him but its false information. Why would I agree to pay for a service, not sign the contract and not pay. If I didn't pay my bills my credit wouldn't be over 800. Thank you.
