Royal Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets

No one should do business with these peopleMy parents ordered their kitchen cabinets from them which they were really excited about but when they received the cabinets it was disappointingThe cabinets weren't finishedThe drawers and the wood is not polished and its harshWhen we asked them to take them back and fix it they refused to do soThey wanted us to install the cabinets and then they would send a medic to look at them but they won't take back the cabinets or return the money once the cabinets are installedAll we wanted was to get what we paid for and it is far from itDuring two month we tried to get in touch with the person managing the place but he wouldn't call me back even though I left multiple voicemailsToday I left another voicemail and my dad called him from a different number two minutes after I called and he picked up the phoneWhen I called him again and he finally picked up he was rude and unwilling to help in any wayHe ended the conversation by laughing and saying "this conversation is over" and hung up on meWe waited two months for them to just fix what was their fault but they don't seem to want to do soWhen I asked him for contact information for someone who is above him he laughed and told me it won't happenVery unprofessional and disappointingWouldn't recommend this business to anyoneYou'll just be treated like crap and you won't get what you asked for
