I helped my son purchase a car from this dealership on 9/ After spending hours in the dealership, the salesman submitted the wrong address and cell phone number for me on my loan applicationI was called @ wrk to contact the bank because the number they were trying to reach me on was invalidI contacted the bank immediately and faxed her the info that she was requesting as well as updated her with my correct phone numberShe also told me at this time that she had been trying relentlessly to get the dealership to fix the paperwork but could not get a response so she was going to send my file backOn 10/12, the salesman text me again and asked me to contact the bank because they needed the info that I had already given themI called the bank and the loan officer confirmed that she had everything she needed from me and was not sure why the dealership was contacting me and that she would reach out to them...I text the salesman back and told him what the dealer told me and never got a response...On Saturday evening at 6:43PM, the finance manager contacted my son and told him that we needed to be at the dealership the following day "no exceptions" and then text him again to tell him to delete some of his messages because his VM was full...When I called him back, he talked over me the entire time and told me that our address was wrong on the credit application...When I was trying to explain to him that I had no CLUE that was the issue and that I kept being told by the salesman that the bank needed my pay check stubs and the bank was telling me no, we don't...I finally had to ask him, "Can I please talk?" So that he would shut up and listen....His response was "You can bring the car back if you want? Bottom line, we were never told that the issue was the incorrect address and the paperwork needed to be resigned...The last conversation I had with the salesman, he said that he was going to get with the finance manager to find out exactly what he needed and get back with me which he never did...The finance manger ( [redacted] Harris) could definitely benefit from some Customer Service and sensitivity training when dealing with customersHis behavior was very unprofessionalI was in the market for a car myself soon and had considered returning to Priority Honda but I can not in good faith allow myself to experience this again nor will I recommend a soul
