It wasn't that I didn't read the terms, although auto-renewing a gift subscription is ridiculous, it's that after I was credited the refund, I was sent to MCI collections for the same amount I had been refundedI understand that the print industry is suffering, but aggressively pursuing a gift subscription is not the way to earn businessNor is sending someone to collections after the item should have been remedied
We will send the customer a letter, indicating that this has been resolved and that no balance is due. Just a note, subscriptions automatically renew unless the customer cancels. That is why they were billed, after the gift subscription.There was no cancellation. But in good faith,
