Avoid these guys at all costs, they are exceptionally unreliable. I booked transportation from Airport to hotel and back. Booked 1 month in advance and followed up with an email to them confirming details. Arrived at the airport late at night, no limo. Called the next day to complain. They said they didn't have the reservation, but would look to see if they had my email. Called couple of hours later and admitted that they had the email and had blown it. Offered to provide free ride back to the airport to make amends. Sounds like a good resolution to an unintentional mistake except that at 3:23 AM for a 4:45 AM pickup, got text from driver saying he wasn't coming because his car would not start. REALLY! No offer to assist us with alternatives, no further contact from the company, just didn't care. If you need transportation in Indianapolis, take a cab. If you can't do that, walk, you will get there faster than you will with these guys.
