several options of equal or greater value. Per our contract, we reserve the right to substitute an alternate vehicle in the event of a mechanical issue. She was rude and horrible to deal with. We have on recording her canceling the reservation. She refused any of our options that we offered her and told us not to show up at all if we couldn't get the double decker bus. Per her request, we did not show up with any of the other options that we discussed. Now, a year and a half later, she is still attacking our company repeatedly because she cancelled our reservation.

The contract states a 20% gratuity. She signed the contract and didn't pay the required gratuity per the contract. Therefore, we charged her card for the difference. This is all laid out in the contract. She simply just didn't pay the balance that was due.
