Review: I purchased two faucets produced by Royal Line, LLC. Installed one and it's incorrectly mixing hot and cold water.
Customer service failed to reply to my several e-mails and phone call messages asking for assistance. Uninstalling and returning the product is troublesome, so I'd rather first hear from CSR, if there is anything that can be done outside. Unfortunately, the simply do not reply. I'm hoping that Revdex.com's reputation will help them attend to my incident with their product.Desired Settlement: I demand that a technical personnel contact me via phone and work through troubleshooting the problem with the faucets.
I also demand an apology for failing to reach out in a timely and courteous manner.

I have had there touchless lavatory faucet installed for four months when in started to randomly not work. replacing the batteries has not fixed the problem with the sensor. I called there 1-800 number and left a message because all lines were busy. I've called a few more times and still getting the same message,{all lines are busy please leave a message.} Royal Line LLC has not returned my call.
Review: I purchased thier touchless kitchen faucet. The item's base plate does not cover the 3 holes on my kitchen sink. I am unable to reach them via the telephone. I have left voicemails and no one will return my call. I emailed them as their website suggests, I received 1 response asking for more info. I provided the requested info. and since then no one has responded. I have sent numerous follow up emails and faxed my request and still nothing.Desired Settlement: I want a 10' base plate mailed to me for free via next day air.
Review: Royal Line Touchless Kitchen Faucet was purchased sometime in 2013 and has been in use iin our kitchen. It has functioned well till about 4 months ago when it started to fail intermittently.
We had followed instructions (in a tersely worded brief manual) to no avail. Any references to further clues on the internet did not help beyond that point.
We tried the customer service phone line several times and each time the call would switch on the first ring to an automated message indicating "they are busy assisting other customers"; it is always that message anytime of day or week. We left a message with all details for them to call back - with no avail.
We wrote to them (to the email address) - no (automated or manual) response acknowledging receipt; no response to the problem detailed.
It has been stone silence. I have even verified that (a) the email did not bounce (b) no possible response went to spam folder.
Even initial attempt at online registration of product back in 2013 returned errors and no acknowledgments. Thinking back it makes me wonder if the firm is still doing business?Desired Settlement: I want the issue addressed at the earliest failing which I expect replacement of the faulty product or component.
