June 23, 2015Dear Leslie,In regard to the above mentioned complaint, this issue was resolved to the best of my abilityI received [redacted] 's email complaint on the evening of 6/I responded that I would refund all monies and issue two free passes for future playOn 6/8, upon returning to my office, I was unable to issue a refund as [redacted] did not pay $for the two rounds of golf as claimedShe used a promotional coupon for free rounds for her and her companionI was unable to refund money as no money was givenIn exchange, I gave her four free passes for future play-two to replace the ones used on 6/7and two so she can come back and experience the standard of play Royal Manchester strives to obtainFour passes were mailed to [redacted] on 6/I have attached the email exchanges as verification of our conversation to rectify her complaint[redacted] , Royal Manchester Golf Links is currently closed as we are currently in the process of a complete reconstruction of all greensThey were severely damaged due to contaminated spray application in the SpringWe tried to repair and continue with business as normal, but the greens were just not up to our standard in their conditionA corporate decision was made to be proactive and close during the golf season to do a complete reseedingRoyal Manchester strives to give each customer the ultimate golf experience from beginning to endThe plan is to re-open for public play in September, Please feel free to contact me if any additional information is needed regarding this complaintAs stated, I have enclosed copies of all correspondenceI welcome any additional direction that may be needed to correct this customer complaintSincerely, Susan H Assistant General Manager

Royal Manchester has not taken responsibility for staying open while the greens were unplayable; nor did they take any responsibility for misleading customers by charging them full price Upon complaint in person, they did nothing to rectify the situation Employees relayed to me they were told by management that they were not permitted to share the conditions with golfers, thus concealing the truth Had I not pressed further and had I not filed this complaint, nothing would have been done to satisfy my being taken advantage of Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***
