We did not book a room in advance. 2. At the time of renting the room, additional cost was not brought up. No discussion of any remodeling of the room. All 3 of us went into the office at the time of renting the room between the 8:30 pm and 8:45pm on the 19th of April. 3. Yes, we stayed Saturday night, we were all tired to notice any thing wrong until the morning, when [redacted] took a shower. I don't recall the exact time we left in the am. after discovering the condition of the bathroom we packed and left. 4. The older man ( owner) whom was asked by. [redacted] to come in look at the bathroom walls. He stated without hesitation "this was mold." It contiues to come back from the hot water and closing the door while guest were taking a shower. We were all in shock. As he was leaving the room he said, "come to the office before you leave, and I will see what we can do". The older man was rude and non caring. I [redacted] explained that I couldn't take a shower due to the conditon of the bathroom. 5.After packing we exchanged word outside the room. He stated there was nothing he could do" . and there would be no refund. He was very rude. 6. Who is the bulider who stated that there was no mold? Does he have a contractors license?
