This business is very unprofessional. Our doctor submitted a prescription for CPAP supplies one month ago. I have tried calling 6 times to find out the status of the order only to be hung up on, disconnected, sent to an answering service, and placed on hold for 25 minutes and longer.

Review: I was diagnosed with sleep Apnea and purchased a CPAP machine from Royal Medical Supply thru [redacted] Hospital. Royal Medical sent a bill to my insurance [redacted] and they kicked it back to for $594.70 because I did not hit me deductable which was fine and I paid for it.Item [redacted] CPAP WITH HUMID PRICE $120 AS A RENTAL FEE$301.22 FOR THE HUMIDIFIER$275 FOR THE [redacted] AIR MASK $45 FOR THE HEADGEAR STRAP$70 DOLLARS FOR THE TUBING&19.87 FOR THE FILTERSThey then charge me $86 dollars a month tru the insurance as a rent to buy which I do not complain about. I had to change insurance companies in August because of a change of jobs and am now under [redacted] Administrators. Then in August the bill my new insurance $694 dollars for the outright purchase of the machine. My insurance only covers half for this kind of thing and I get billed another $337 dollars by Royal Medical so I call them and ask what did I am getting billed this much and they give me the run around. I then call Royal Medical and ske then to give me a price for the CPAP machine using the item number I have and with the humidifier (which is attached to the machine and is not separate item) and they quote me $569 dollars. I tell them then what did my 301 dollars I paid for for the humidifier go to because if I already paid that and now you are charging my insurance company another 694 dollars for the outright purchase of it which is not costing me another 337 dollars. So they now get about 1000 dollars for a machine that cost 569 dollars and I pay out of my pocket over 900 dollars let alone the 337 dollars the insurance company paid them. When the first person who quoted me the price panicked because I started questioning them they gave me to another person who said I was mistaken about the price and asked me where I got the quote for 569 dollars and I said the person who just handed you the phone there was silence. The called me bacl late and said they would chop 137 off the new bill.Desired Settlement: The money I already paid and what the insurance company already paid Royal Medial should be all they should get since it more that paid for this machine. I did not look into the other items I paid for but am sure they are inflated also. I do not want to pay them another dime.
